Welcome to the forum; you came to the right place! I personally believe this forum, and the Natural Healing programs it follows, is the best source for health information anywhere online. You CAN reverse your diabetes and other problems, but not quickly and not by taking a few herbs, supplements, or by doing one or two specific things--no matter how effective or powerful those substances or actions may or may not be.
Don't get confused; there is an answer, a sensible and effective one, and it can be a life-changing one if you are able to receive the education and able to put the program to work.
This program, Natural Healing, is full-spectrum. That means it involves treating the whole body, mind and spirit. The type of health problems you describe did not happen overnight and are not the result of one or two things being out of balance in your body/mind/spirit/emotions, etc. The human organism is a complex thing, which nobody truly understands, but nature is the best thing to follow in trying to heal it, and to maintain it in good health. Any isolated substance, such as chromium or vitamin C, is not recommended here. We use FOODS, herbs, and natural activities and practices to heal what has gotten out of balance. An herb is basically a food, though perhaps more concentrated; but it is somethign which occurs naturally in our physical world. Chromium was created in a laboratory, as were vitamins.
Since my time is limited I will give you a few pointers which will give you more than enough to get you started on this program. Please understand that our incredible moderator, Uny, is currently working on a some things for this forum, which will help greatly in your learning how to get well. But this makes her temporarily unavailable to respond to you. When she does you will get some terrific advise and guidance. In the meantime I and others will help you. Also there is ALREADY loads and loads of information to guide you in your healing. I suggest you read as much as you can at this forum, especially posts by Uny, and some of the links she provides in those posts. When you come accross a post that describes the full Incurables Program, THAT is what will reverse your health problems, if you can do the program and for the length of time that YOU and your body need. We are all individuals and each person's experience is different. Doing the whole Incurables Programd(IP) can be overwhelming. I am not telling you to try the whole program right now, as it will take you time to get the education, and also it will be best to have more guidance from Uny as to how to wean off some of the drugs you take. But you can begin now with several things and I will describe those.

In your next post can you provide more info, like how you eat and how much you exercise, if you get sunshine, and more about your lifestyle? This will help us help you.
Diet: try to give up all animal products. This includes meat(chicken also), fish, eggs, cheese, yogurt and butter. Don't eat sugar, pasta, rice, any processed foods-such as chips, bread.
Eat vegetables, some fruit, nuts and seeds, beans and eat as much raw(uncooked)food as possible, such as salads. You may need to begin slowly with this and keep increasing.
Get some exercise everyday. More on this later but tell us what you do now. THe goal is to build up to an hour a day, of sweating and huffing and puffing. You can start with five minutes three times a day.
Water|: Drink distilled or reverse osmosis, at least two
quarts a day and a gallon is better. This also depends on how much you weigh.
Bowel movements: You need to have at least two per day. This will be assisted by taking Shulze's Intestinal Formula number one, follow the directions when you get it. It can be bought at the herbal apothecary(Uny's), found at the top of the forum here. Or you can buy it from Richard Shulze's website.
Garlic: take a minimum of 3 large cloves per day. A large clove is one that measures one and one half
inches long by one
inch wide. Since these are not common use your judgement to equal this amount. It might take ten or even twnety cloves to equal 3 large ones. Garlic helps lower blood
Sugar and ALSO blood pressure. Also, garlic is a FOOD.
Spend at least 15 minutes per day outside, being barefoot on the earth; not on asphalt or concrete, but making direct contact with the ground or grass.
Get some sunshine, building up to one hour a day, exposing as much bare skin as possible. Use common sense, relating to how fair your skin is. You can start with ten minutes a day and build up.
I'm remembering now you said you have diarrhea. Describe how many bowel movements you are having? The product of intestinal formula will make you go, so we need to know what your body is doing now before making you go too often.
Don't buy anymore supplements or vitamins. Learn what you need here and begin spending money on Uny's products(the best value I know of)or from Schulze, etc. Perhaps your first purchase could be the Shulze videos and Save your Life Manual, sold at the apothecary here. This will educate you tremendously, and diabetes is discussed, along with the whole program, which YOU NEED.
Eat real foods, not things sold in most stores or served at most restaraunts. Vegan is the most healing, and raw is best. You can begin a little at a time, but need to keep increasing the good and stopping the bad. In other words, you need to stop doing what made you sick and begin doing what will get you well.
I could go on and on but this is a good start. When you want to engage more in this forum, please do by responding to my post or to others who have responded to your original post. Or you can simply respond to your own post. Do not begin a new post, as Uny is restricting the number of those while she is busy improving and updating this forum. Restricting is not the right word, as she will create more openings as needed, but its best to keep responding to the original post. You will get loads of help here, and I suggest you tell us more, for example how you eat and what your activity level is, how many bowel movements you are having, and what stresses you have in your life--for example too, how long have you been on anti-depressants?
In the beginning it can be overwhelming, what to do and how to do it. But this program works, for all the issues you have.
