Lovely. Thank you willow! I esp. love Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful. Sounds like it's straight from the Flylady teachings... too much crap cluttering up a living space (like mine) sucks the energy outta ya.

Hey Bundles, I was going through the forum and came across this from Uny.

Its audio of Dr. Schulze on cleaning out the trash in our homes and how living with it can be the cause of illness.
Wings had a campaign of sorts called "Trashing Day" ha ha, everyone was supposed to take out so many bags of trash or things we don't use on a certain day of the week to aid in our healing. I think that is a fantastic idea.

I totally agree. I have so much trouble managing clutter. Now i have a bag always set up for charity... Flylady has you sweep through with a bag for 15 min periodically to grab everything & either trash or give to charity -- everything you don't use or that doesn't bring you joy. It's so liberating! (no need to feel guilt about not selling it on eBay or whatever)
