I love spring but my hay-fever is driving me insane.I have had allergies since I was a kid/ Yeah, I know I have allergies because I am toxic and all that but as I spend allot of time outdoors and with my windows open I need relief! Would echinacea help? I need to function for spring cleaning and gardening!

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,408,571I am glad you are! =) I don't have the files, I never asked because she's so busy and stuff. Yeah, I have tried cayenne, the stuff from Mountain Rose. I'll get Uny's on my next order but really I think I'll just have to let it run its course. I think I am getting use to having burning eyes and sinus! LOL. Thanks for your response!!
