You might want to do a search for "vegetarian and inflammation" and/or "vegetarian and joint pain". Vegetarianism can be a double edged sword in many ways, in that it can give many health benefits but can also cause problems if not managed very carefully to make up for some essentials that are normally obtained via meat (a big reason I recommend a MOST vegetarian MOSTLY raw diet in general). For example, though a vegetarian diet can often help with joint pain and inflammation, if you do not include enough omega-3s (in the proper ratio to omega 6's too), folic acid and certain essential fatty acids, such a diet can also result in joint pain and inflammation.
Why would you want to do H202? It is not something I am a big fan of. I like the product OxyGen though - far safer and just one dose provides the equivalent oxygen as does 6 drops of food grade H202.
You may want to take a look at his page from our website:

Also, for faster joint pain relief, Life Extension has a product named, appropriately, Fast-Acting Joint Formula.
I have no suggestions for the parasite cleansing products - I suggest you ask Unyquity over in her new forum. I believer that MH here has a highly regarded parasite cleanse and the same is true for Hulda Clarke. If it were me, I might opt for diatomaceous earth (not sure how that jives with vegetarian though)..
All the best,
Tony
