so here I am again. I think I have been suffering from fecal odor coming from my anus for about 4 years. I have tried almost everything that I have seen others have success with. I about at the end of my rope. This past week was very tough for me. After trying a couple more things I am starting to feel like nothing is going to help me and I don't know what to do.
My odor seems to change. Sometimes it is a strong fecal smell, sometimes a musty smell and then other times I can't describe what I am smelling. Others smell it too but I have done a pretty good job of keeping the finger from being pointed at me. I have pretty much no social life anymore because I am controlled by this odor. I have seen long time friends fade away because I was not able to spend time with them. I always make up excuses for staying at home. I am married but my wife has no idea what I am going through. I feel like I am missing out on some great years of our life together because I am so preoccuppied with my odor and trying to control it the best that I can. I truly feel like I am cheating my wife though as I am not able to give her all of me because of this.
I can assure you that the odor is real. I have heard many people ask "what's that smell?" and even my wife has noticed an odor but as I said, I have been able to keep it a secret that it is me that's causing the odor. I keep candles burning, spray deodorizer all the time and am constantly spraying deodorant on myself to try to mask the smell. I work out 3-4 times a week and lately especially it has only made the odor worse after a workout. The latest this that I tried is digestive enzymes, zinc and hydrocloride acid. I do feel that my digestive tract is not working properly sometimes. I became lactose intolerant about 10 yrs ago. Sometimes though I think it's my body chemistry that is thrown off. Sometimes the smell gets worse when I sit in front of the computer for long perdiods of time which I can't figure that out for the life of me. It just totally makes no sense to me.
I don't know what to do. Like I said, I have tried everything from enemas, parasite cleanse, liver cleanse, probiotics, colon cleanse, apple cider vinegar, kefir, fiber just seems to make it worse. This is truly robbing me of my life and robbing my wife of time with me because I know I am not myself due to this problem. My only hope is that someone will find the cure.

Why am I having this problem? Was I born with a weak digestive system? I know that noone can possibly know that but what I mean is, how come most others can eat what they want and not smell terrible? My case seems pretty extreme to me.
Will I ever be able to eat meat again or is this going to be a change that I need to make forever? I am willing to do whatever it takes to get rid of this problem and again, I thank all of you for giving me your suggestions. This is a reply to # 1,354,162With all my cleansing I wasn't hungry for a long time and couldn't digest meat or grains very well and fruits and carbs would give me a headache. All of a sudden after one month of serious parasite cleansing (but a year of other cleansing) I got really hungry for a hamburger and I ate it and was able to digest it fine, all of a sudden I got really hungry for kefir and grape juice as well, and whole grain cereal with raw milk, and I was able to digest them all fine all of a sudden. I had wondered if I would ever be able to come out of the bland diet of vegetables and raw nuts with an occasional fruit adn my liver cleanse drink, but apparently I did. I am going to stick to the candida diet though for at least 3 months and probably for the rest of my life to make sure the stuff is dead and gone. Forget the SADD (standard american dead diet), that is a thing of the past for you, but you can still eat exciting fresh things.
I don't know, were you born with it, have you always had this problem? My guess is your life has built to this. I always say it took me X amount of years to get in this predicament and it is going to take me X amount of years to reverse back to health again. Fortunatley a parasite cleanse fast forwarded that for me.Advertisement

This is a reply to # 1,353,602Body odor is caused by bacteria releasing gas. If one did not release gas, one would have no body odor.
First thing, is get rid of the rotting waste. Orange juice fast if you can, otherwise water fast. But a water fast would make you smell really bad for awhile.
Once the smell is gone (or mostly gone) diet needs to be attended to. If something rots nasty, don't eat it. No eggs/meat anything like that, it will just cause you to smell again. Vegetables are a good thing to focus on. Also fruits. But if you have a tendency for bacteria, fruits will make you smell too, but not nearly as bad as meat. Try going on a one day fast, and then breaking the fast with several bananas. If your skin starts to smell like bananas shortly after eating, it means you have a lot of bacteria.
Regardless of what you choose, know that the problem will continue to persist unless the diet is changed. I suggest giving up all animal products, including milk. When converting to veganism, limit the processed grains, as these will only attract more bacteria.

This is a reply to # 1,353,795No more meat for you. No more milk, cheese, animal products, nada, zip, zilch. If I had this prob I would fast, fast, fast, fast, fast, until I smelled squeaky clean. Oh wait a minute, I had BO last year and I cleaned out my system and took chlorella and got rid of it. Just because you've done all this stuff and it didn't fix the problem yet doesn't mean it won't eventually fix it if you keep with it. I would do the Master Cleanse. Do a mouth cleanup of all biologically offensive things like root canals and amalgam fillings. Take chlorella. Lastly, don't take yourself too seriously, your wife is going to love you even if she finds out that, ooh, big surprise, your rear doesn't smell like roses. Nobody's rear does. We're people, we are not super human.
Drink this Liver Cleanse Juice Drink once a day everyday, it will cleanse the entire system. This recipe can be halved:
Juice 1 Lemon, 1 Cucumber, 1 Beet, add 2T Cold Pressed Olive Oil, add parsley for eliminating body odor, add apple and carrot for a meal or to make it taste good
Personally, I would wake up each morning and take chlorella with a tall glass of water, then later I would have a Master Cleanse Lemon Beverage, then later I would have a Liver Cleanse Juice Drink. I would have a salad for lunch with raw nuts no meat, and for dinner I would have a Master Cleanse Lemon Beverage (2T lemon juice, 1T Maple Syrup, 1 Capsule Cayenne Pepper), then I would take more chlorella in the evening. Then before bed take Senna tea (Laci LeBeau's Super Dieters tea is best). Do this for one week. Even better is if you add parasite cleansing herbs and CoQ10. I would go on MMS because it will kill bad bacteria and parasites that make the smell. If there is nothing in there to stink then you won't stink just like MH said.

This is a reply to # 1,353,872when you refer to the standard american dead diet, the thing that pops in my head is the fact that people all over the world have meat in their diets. in fact, humans have been eating dead meat since very early on. it's seems to me that only certain people have these types of digestive problems and I am one of them. I really want to find out the cause of the problems. I may have been born this way and it has taken a life time of eating the wrong things for it to catch up with me. or, I may have some sort of condition that I am unaware of that is causing my digestive system to malfunction.
I have several bowel movements a day. usually 3-4 sometimes more. as I stated earlier, I am lactose intolerant so I have been staying away from dairy for the most part. however, whenever I break down and have some dairy in my food or it is hidden and I eat it without knowing, I have severe diarrea later on and it feels like that empties out my colon. but then the smell is still there so how can it be? sometimes I feel a wetness around my anus which I feel contributes to the odor too but it's a little different as far as the smell of it.
often I think of when I was younger and I first started drinking alcohol. after nights where me and friends would drink quite a bit, the next day my butt would be wet and sometimes there would be a burning sensation. I attributed this to the alcohol being pushed from my body through my anus. there would also sometimes be an odor. because of that memory I initially attributed my odor and digestive problems to alcohol abuse. I then stopped drinking so much and noticed that sometimes the odor wasn't as severe the next day. however, once the odor became and everyday thing (4 years ago) it didn't seem to matter whether I had been drinking or not, the smell was there. I remember THE DAY that the odor became an everyday thing for me. I remember waking up that day and being scared to death because of what was happening. I didn't know what to do to stop it up. well, here I am 4 years later. within these past 4 years my anxiety has gotten really out of hand due to this and other things that have happened in my life.- Re: My fecal odor. But (pardon the pun) go on a few good cleanses and everything will clear right up, don't worry, I don't think you were born with it. Maybe you were born with an inability to process alcohol and it damaged your liver and then the liver didn't process it and just shot it right out of your body. Also everyday morning and night or at least once a day scrub the entire body to get the lymphs going. Let me know how it goes.
