Hi, Sweetie,
We just came in from the first time sorting in the yard, on the garden table and chairs and upsidedown milk crates...there's enough grass showing today that we don't slip and fall too much.
We sort and count bottles and cans, then take them to the recycling depot...for kids' charities.
There is an ocean of recyclables out there.
In the industry they actually calulate the percentage of recyclables that come back, vs. what is produced...by country.
I love the job for my activity level and improved circulation.
Another thing I'm getting out of it is that, while I do it, I somehow 'step back' from concentrating on every little twinge and ache, as I do when stuck inside four walls.
I find I am even looking back on long ago 'problems' with a clearer, less-concerned eye. ...Gave me a lovely 'breakthrough' the other evening. An old, old 'problem' melted. We really do store them up inside as physical ailments, when we bury them.
Plus, I am a very good sorter. Not everyone is, until they let themselves do it for a while.
I think activity and good spirits add to a cleanse, of any kind...and that the body is capable of balancing all our functions, as many as we find reasonable to add to our routine.
Dh, 84, loves getting out and about, too...always has...and you should see his shape! I've learned so much from him...plus, he has always taken excellent care of his women.
Good point about cleansing moderately, so as not to become sluggish.
I waited until after Humaworm's reconstruction for my fifth round, which made it just a bit over 6 months between.
Boy oh boy, was I READY!
Now, I can hardly wait for March 6th, 90 days to the next.
We ordered two extra rounds, so that we have them in the fridge, still in their original packaging.
I've been thinking of 'boosting' round 6 in some way. I think it will be with Hu-Mana-Tea, and with other Humaworm cleanses...and likely with castor oil before and after.
You got my meaning about castor oil, I hope, start SMALL...like a quarter or a half a teaspoon. Repeat, if you wish, after a few days, watching like a hawk for cramps of any kind...and for when you have had enough for a while.
Think I'll begin the before-Humaworm castor oil within the next couple of weeks...maybe alternate it with some HumaCleanse and/or Hu-Mana-Tea...both of which I have been storing.
There are two other routines I want to try...
One is my wonderful crystal mineral salt baths, regularly.
The other is very careful scrutiny of everything that goes in my mouth for ANY corn syrup 'fructose'.
It is made with a mercury process...and other yucky things.
Apparently it is in 'everything' man-made/handled.
That, alone, could make us 'sluggish' when cleansing, I'm sure.
One of my problems has been some kind of a blockage in the liver/gallbladder area. I figure it is likely to be parasites, holding back, say, sludge.
I am digesting quite well, so some bile must be getting through, and the trials with castor oil seem to have reduced or eliminated gallstones. (I don't 'poke' much.)
The last bit of castor oil I took seemed to reduce the 'sludge' I felt, and my gallbladder doesn't feel so 'heavy'. But I didn't see the results in the toilet, as I had expected to. I may have taken too little castor oil the last time.
One of these days I'm in for another 'event', when I clear the channels, I think.
Meanwhile, easy does it.
I have a $1 garage sale, simple zapper...and I'll use it at the 7 minutes on, 20 minutes off intervals, until I've done 3 of the 7 minute periods at one sitting. (Wet paper toweling around the hand-holds. The 'positive' terminal to the area being treated. if I can figure that one out.)
And I buy fresh cilantro, parsley, and peppermint at regular intervals, one at a time. I can make a bunch of any of them last several days. (That's to help rid mercury and more. I can't afford dentists...or bear them.)
'Scuse me talking all about myself.
Now I need to go make carrot/squash/nut muffins. Dh deserves a treat.
I envy you your success in eliminations. My stuff looks like corn kernals with tails, and other plain things.
Isn't it neat when things keep coming long after a round of Humaworm is over?
I discovered that on my first round. It pleases me no end!
My best,
Fledgling
