Idk, you're damned if you do, and damned if you don't. There were several men who had lied to me about being agoraphobic, because they thought I was pretty, so heck, anyone can lie and pretend they have the same illness as you, just to be with you. That's what happened to me. So from now on, I will know to check their details with their family members first. Them being able to announce they're agoraphobic on a dating site doesn't mean they really are. Two of those so-called agoraphics I dated, WERE real, because they had family and friends who talked about it with me. But most other agoraphobic men I dated from dating sites, I eventually caught them out. Geez. If you want to go out on a friday night for a beer, fine. Just don't lie and say your scared to go outside, when all you're doing is stopping yourself from living the life you want. Even if someone DOES have a pretty face, why would that stop you from dating non-agoraphobics? Some WILL look for proof that you're a true sufferer
