Hi there, you described the feeling very well!!! I'm glad that there are others out there that are experiencing a similar symptom!!! You are right, it must be definitely related to "toxins" because I also highly suspect that I am infected with a parasite(s).

parasites release toxins into the bood and it gets circulated all over your body. parasites can even travel into your brain and spinal cord. Therefore, certain parasites CAN cause insomnia and/or neurological problems (such as mild seizures).

I want to know what you are doing to deal with the weird feeling that's preventing you from sleeping? Do you manage to get some decent sleep? Are there any particular medications or herbal remedies that you are taking to help you sleep?

As for me, I've been cutting up a little bit of garlic and ginger ... then I boil it for half an hour and drink a glass of it every night. Both garlic and ginger have anti-parasitic and cleansing properties, so it helps fight the parasites and clears the toxins from your body.

It's been 2 weeks now since I've been taking my ginger/garlic tea and my symptoms seem to be alleviating ... even my sleeping problems! And I also eat a high fiber diet to help my system flush out all of the parasites and toxins out of my body. Please keep me posted with your situation. Together, we can hopefully fight this thing for good!!!

Hi there, how exactly would you describe your feeling? Is it a very strange uncomfortable feeling or sometimes a rush of energy rushing through your body? And how do you deal with it? Is there anything that you take for it to help you sleep at night (medicine, herbal remedies)?? Hopefully we can all help each other.

Thank you for your reply. It has been a few weeks since I had this problem, and TODAY the symptoms seem to be alleviated. I have been taking a lot of home remedies to treat parasites and it's been a while since I've felt that weird uncontrollable feeling. I however may still have difficulties sleeping from time to time (but this occurs only once every 2 to 3 weeks). I also sleep in a theraputic mattress that has also helped me with my condition (It is a mattress pad with lines cut into them to help your blood circulate better throughout the night).

I am highly convinced that I have a parasite-infestation. Someone suggested to me that the weird feeling I get was due to the the parasite toxins that end up circulating throughout your bloodstream ... which even circulates through your head as well!!!

The home remedies seem to be helping me ... but home remedies can take a long time untill I totally heal (I am the patient type!). Just in case anyone is curious of what I'm taking: I take Pineapple, Papaya (and seeds), Pumpkin Seeds, Ginger, Garlic, Red Onions, and there are others that I will start taking in the mere future (and I also eat a high fiber diet to help expel the parasites from my body). I hope my experience can help others with similar symptoms as me.

is there anyone still experiencing this the last message was published 13 years ago it just happened to me 3 days ago and it is not a good experience i have been sleeping 2 hours since march 28, 2018 it is really draining and exhausting so i started looking on the internet for answer and this attack is happening to many people and no clear reason why it just happened to me while i was sleeping i wake up 2am in the morning with a weird feeling (i cant describe it) starting on my chest and in my neck and hard to breath and every time you try to sleep the moment your about to fall asleep you will feel a weird feeling in your chest area and i will just wake up scared im scared to sleep because of this i started reading on the internet and this is the solution to this . ginger,garlic and honey chop the ginger and onion and boil it drink it after you finish your meal i started drinking it 2pm you feel a big difference when you drink it and put a 1 table spoon of honey i wake up 1am and drink it again just put a little water on it and wait to boil then drink it i was watching news on tv while dinking it and i just fell asleep normally no weird feeling it just all turn to normal it takes 6 cup and i just feel normal i go to my room and just sleep i wake up 5 am to eat and drink it again and go back to sleep again normally. if you experience this attack try it
