We all know how important re-mineralizing is, yes? For most people, it's an issue even *before* water fasting.
Since silica lays down a matrix, and transmutes to calcium in the body, and supports calcium absorption, and calcium is so critical
to the whole mineral balancing picture --
does anyone have personal experience with horsetail (the herb)vs. "silicea", the mineral-based colloidal gel? If you've ever seen the box in the health food store,
the picture of quartz crystals on it might have caught your fancy.
It's always looked really appealing to me;
for various reasons "silica" was the Rx on my mind this morning.
Not for myself especially, but for a few others around me. I'd love to hear from others on this 'matrix' matter.
