Jesus. If you can wait until his return. Otherwise, finding someone with enough self control and love for others will be tough.

Naturally the "innocent" would be the most desirving!

Those willing to "ask" also! The Bible says; "ask and ye shall receive"! Because what Father can deny his child!

So those who are innocent, the children, the victims and those with the courage to ask. Those are the THREE.

Brother Vayle age 93 distributes his wealth mostly to those he has never seen or talked to. They are people that he hears are doing good works. So He who taked little and does allot would also be fullfilling Bible Prophecy and be desirving, because the true worker enables this world to safe.

I suppose anyone with disernment would be the one to distribute someone's extra money. I think many rich people invest such $$$ and make it last by distributing the interest it makes.

Then Naturally if you have to figure what country such money would be spent in!!! Surely this would not be a one person job.........

Sounds weird, but giving away money responsible would actually be a big job.

My wife would be better at doing it than I, mostly because she is "woman" and women are more suited. Women can overlook many things on the outside of a person and see the inner true person in need.

Not sure an American would be the ideal candidate, we are trained from birth up to be in debt and work to pay our taxes.
