I'm not sure what "CS" is (sorry!), but I think as long as you're getting enough fluids (8 cups day min.), and it's not something that will dehydrate you (caffeine, salt, alcohol...), you're good!
I mean, there are people who NEVER drink water, and they are, for the most part, healthy (maybe a lot of them could be healthier, but for the most part, they're not SICK, and when they are, it can't usually be said that it's due to drinking sugary tea or lemonade instead of water - well, unless they're diabetic!)
