Dear Getting Well,
Just from my own experience, if I eat too many carbs before bedtime, I get restless legs, or more often; restless arms!
Some kinds of cereal, or even half a potato to close to going to sleep has me kicking my legs or throwing my arms all night.
Also, I never had that happen until I was anemic, now gotta avoid carbs, get plenty of iron, pretty simple.
