Hey every1!
Just a quick question... Anybody knows what could be he best dose for high intoxication? I got Humifulvate because I am extremely intoxicated with Lead (6% till max level), Cadmium (7% till max) and Arsenic (12% till max). Mercury is all good. I also have enlarged lymph nodes for over 4 years now and on the 2 usg it shoowed they have a lot of blood vessels, so I'm a little worried.. I just got my "particle hair analysis" results back and it says I have : 2 little Potassium (-56%), Magnesium (-30%), Iron (-50%), Manganese (-42%) and Copper (-31%).... And it says that I have a fast metabolic rate so I need to take in a 3/1, fat/protein ratio and little carbohydrates... They advice animal fat like cooked bacon and fat parts of the pig, no chicken or turkey, no beef... I dont wanna take in a lot of animal fat, so do you see any other way of getting rid of this trash in my body (humifulvate?) What is best to eat? I heard that you can quickly get rid of Iron defficiency by putting a couple of nails through an apple and eating it 24h later... any info on this maybe? I also heard that enemas are good (coffee or ozone water... which is better??) all expert advice is blessed by my crazy soul :p

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,161,584ok, first off the nail/apple thing? please dont do it. nails are made of iron, but also have other trace elements some of which are toxic so it could be bad.
if i were you i would consult with a naturopathic doctor who is experienced in balancing mineral levels. who did your hair analysis? can they help out with that? it can be a tricky and somewhat complicated endeavor.
in the meantime definitely look into IP6 which is a very mild heavy metal detoxing agent. here is more info.

as for the lead, the agent of choice is DMSA, which is very effective at binding lead and ushering it out of your body. it also helps for cadmium. its a bit expensive but its worth it. dr. andy cutler has a dmsa chelation protocol that is very effective for both mercury and lead. you might want to look into that, it utilizes both DMSA and ALA (alpha lipoic acid).

what humifulvate product did you get? i think the best mineral supplement in the world is wheatgrass juice from soil grown grass, not the stuff grown in trays. but most cant make that happen.

This IP6 seems pretty good, but i read that Humifulate has similar effects.. I got it from enerex.ca along with grape seed green tea extract. It's supposed to help. On the web site it says that IP6 is not for people with anemia and I am, so it's a little misleading and I wouldnt like to take something that could meke me feel worse. What about the whole fat/protein rario I wrote about... I dont wanna eat animal lard cuz I was told to do so. I got the analysis done at a Polish institute, as I'm from Poland, so my access to american drugs is limited. My mothers naturopath adviced her the apple/nail remedy and I'm a little confused now. Are you a doctor or a medicine hobby person, thats important, cuz I would like to know for sure what people are talking about and the possible reactions of things they think might be useful for someone with a heavy toxicity issue...

as for the apple/nail thing, most nails are made from stainless steel. its true stainless steel has iron in it, but it also has nickel in it. do a google search on "nickel + cancer" and you will see why you dont want to be ingesting it.

by the way, what are you doing for the anemia? are you taking B12? if i were you i would start taking large doses of B12. get the right form. do NOT get the cyanocabalamin form, which is the most popular. its made with cyanide, you dont want it.
instead get the methylcobalamin form, which is the form the body utilizes. you can take as much as you like. dont skimp. people have taken up to 60,000 mcg's in a day for days on end and not had any negative effects. (60,000 mcg's = 60 mg's). the sublingual form is best.- Re: Anemia HarmonicCharge

however, personally i have given up on b complex supplements due to the high amounts of B6 which can be neurotoxic. instead i just got each B vitamin separately (swanson brand) and made my own complex without B6. now, thats just me, other people may be fine with high amounts of B6.
as for a good B12, swanson has a great methyl form in high dosage at a great price.

This is a reply to # 1,161,584In response to your statement regarding humifulvate, at this time there is too little evidense to validate the effectiveness of this product. However the reason I'm writing is regarding your comment on Mercury which is the most toxic substance on earth.
The reason mercury didn't show on your blood test is this:
Whenever you chew, brush your teeth or drink hot drinks you stimulate the release of Methyl mercury which is 100x more toxic than mercury. Now your immune system (white blood cells) will notify the first line of defense which is Globulin part of the total protein. Globulin will snap up the contaminated cell but mercury is indestructable to anything in the body so all that happens is the mercury now has a hiding place and Globulin is rendered totally ineffective.
So a blood test will not show mercury, that is a fact and if anyone tells you differently they are uninformed and simply do not understand or they are telling you lies because they have a hidden agenda.
