yeah huma says cleanse for 30 days with 90 days in between each cleanse. I found humaworm to be powerful but...I always felt some thing was missing or I was doing some thing wrong. Not to mention the 90 days between, BRUTAL for me. The first time I did humaworm right after enourmous amounts of worm floaters apeared in my vision. They havent gone away since. I asked humaworm and he said that pork tape worms can nest in the eyes, and that humaworm probably killed them off or caused them to migrate. I know their tape worms for sure, they are literally long segmented translucent strings that stretch across my vision. At first I was terrified, now I've just gotten used to them. I'm hopeing MH's methods will help with my vision as well.

Humaworm pretty much did one amazing thing for me, killed off my bad acne. I still get some acne, but NOTHING like the past.
