Right now I am getting ready to start an OJ fast. I was wondering should I order some of the dewormer to do with the fast or wait until after?I already have a big bottle of your org. oil I ordered end of last year. I have been reading the info on the members part of the site about the OJ fast. I figured with it being orange season here I better start now as I have loads of oranges.

Also is there a crash period when doing the orange juice fast with toxins and such coming out? Also how long should I prepare myself before the fast? I know you can't just start a fast you have to start slow and eat salads and fruit before starting, but the last juice fast I did was years ago and it was a Norman Walker style with mostly veggies and carrots so doing an OJ fast is new to me.
