There is probably and association. I noticed that antifungals lessen symptoms, as in Serborrheic dermatitis. In one of my other posts I gave a link that explains Serborrheic dematitis and its a very interesting read.

There is a link btwn histamine release and all types of dematitis. I'm exploring this link. Excessive fungal growth causes histamine release, excessive allergies cause histamine release, stress, etc....

I am exploring this.
