MoreI am up to 15 x3 and have not had any nausea or runs. What is the thinking regarding not having these syptoms at this dose? And should I go higher until I do feel sick?! I am not sure how long you should stay at that high dose. I guess if the problems are chronic ones, it will take some time to rid yourself of them, but I don't know if it is wise to stay at really high doses for a long period of time or not.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,104,501There have been a few minor(major) improvments: better sleep, clear head/sinus, less Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome symptoms,mental clarity?!,less arthritic pain, better bowels. Still unresolved prostate problems, higher psa since going on mms.

I'm a prostate cancer survivor - 15 years, so had a PSA test every six months afterward for a few years. Here's a little tip that I picked up regarding PSA test results. It may not apply, but it's something to keep in mind. (This is from Mayo Clinic.)

Recent ejaculation.
Recent ejaculation can cause a temporary increase in PSA levels. In order to get the most accurate reading, you should avoid ejaculation for two days before undergoing a PSA test.

I've been doing 15 x 2 for three days now. No diarrhea, no nausea, no benefits. Will keep going for a couple of weeks and then cut back to maintenance level. I just can't add a third ingestion because I have to have mornings available for me and the threat of diarrhea is unthinkable. (I had it happen when I was on 6 drops, but it went away.)
I'm really not seeing anything of value to this at all. Was looking for lowered blood pressure - NOT, relief from arthritis - NOT (pain has increased), anything that would signal me a benefit, but there is none. Each one is different.

This is a reply to # 1,104,456I started taking 15 drops (activated) a day and a half ago, and I've been running to the bathroom just about ALL day today. I'll have to back off on my 3rd dose tonight, as I need to sleep tonight. I have not felt one bit of nausea though. But today was the worst for me, as far as diarhea, really bad. and yesterday I had abdominal cramping and some diarhea, but not nearly as bad as today. So is this too much Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for me or a healing crisis? How do you tell?

Either way, if it were me I would back off for a day or so. I know I have been going on and on about wanting diarrhea, but once it starts, that's it, I back off. I just wanted to see how high I needed to go in order to get it. I see no reason to keep staying there once you get diarrhea. Beside, it can't possibly be good for you to keep having diarrhea for more than a day or so.
Again, JMHO.

This is a reply to # 1,104,456The reason for getting to 15x3 is to get rid of a large parasite load; so your immune system can work. If you have had no incident of detox, you should be able to go to maintenance dose now.
"3. Continue to follow the procedure given in 2 above. Until you reach 15 drops twice a day without nausea. At that point increase to 3 times a day. Stay at 3 times a day for at least one week and then reduce the drops to 4 to 6 drops a day for older people and 4 to 6 drops twice a week for younger people.
Note: Once you have completed step 3 above most of the viral, bacteria, mold, and yeast load will be gone from your body. Your body will be clean. This goes against Humble's directions og going to 15x3 and then down to a maintenance dose. Big question: is long term mms unadvisable at higher doses say 10+

I also have a fungus overgrowth. Probably from candida. I've been at 15x3. I am at 12 once a day now. I know I should probably be at 6 per day; since I have been at this for 6 months. I finally realize that this fungus is going to take a long time. It must be changing during its growth. I am constantly at detox mode. I've got to give my body a break; but I won't give up the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Just lower dose for a while. Someone said that candida is tricky and changes form. I don't think it mutates though. It would be interesting to see a study on the growth actions of candida. Some grow "roots". Some grow "tendrils". It is scary. It would be interesting to find out how Miracle-Mineral-Supplement really deals with it. Too much speculation.- Re: who is taking 15+ drops? indianajones

I am a little scared about how I will work Miracle-Mineral-Supplement into my work schedule, as missing work will be a problem.

This is a reply to # 1,104,740Good luck with your schedule of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I think you will be pleased overall. If you work it up slowly, you should be able to manage it. Candida and Lyme are apparently very hard to get rid of. I don't know about at least controlling it. You should be alright, if you take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at night. I've learned that the most difficult detox occurs about an hour after ingestion. Diarrhea happens for about 12 hours; but that is controllable in that you will need to get to a bathroom soon. Follow the instructions and take at least one fewer drop on the next dosage, when you discover diarrhea.
I don't know if it is necessary to get to 15x3 to consider it successful enough to back off to maintenance dose. I've been there twice. I got there once, then backed off to 10 drops twice daily. Then again and backed off to 12 drops once daily. Since it is going to take me a long time, I guess I will be satisfied to stay with 12 daily. As everyone is different, you may discover that you don't even need to get to 15 at all.
I don't know if I really have Candida. I assume so from the symptoms. My ND only said that I have an overgrowth of fungus. He would not commit to a diagnosis. That is good enough for me. I'm not following a Candida diet; unless I get real desperate. I don't know what systemic means in relation to Candida. My symptoms have been constipation and sinus swelling since the 60s. That's a very long time for my body to try to manage this problem. Doctors would just say drink more water. I'm on my own. And I'm floating in water.
I've had other fungus problems resolved on my body; but no help with sinus. I've never taken any prescription drugs; except a 10 day Antibiotic course for sinus infection. I'm pretty sure that my sinuses are now complicated by Leaky Gut. I've already tried the nasal sprays that are supposed to clear nasal fungus. I've tried numerous health protocols over the 40 years. Fasting is the only help; but I just can't keep doing that. Probiotics don't help either. I'm changing my diet to much more alkaline. I'm really depending upon Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . At least, I may cure any possible cancer over time.
