I have lived in Az for 25 years (I'm 30) and so I do not know what it is like to live anywhere else. I have always hated it here, The weather is too dry and hot and it is UGLY except when you go to the high country. Anyways, my hubby is from Ohio and he liked it there but then when he was a kid they moved here and he has hated it there ever since.
So anyways, his work will most likely transfer him soon to Wisc. (Milwaukee area) We are hoping this will happen. My question is for anyone who lives in the Midwest or preferably Wisc. How do you like it out there? Is the pollution bad? Is it possible to get good water (not nasty city water) in the country? Can you live in the country and work in Milwaukee?
I see that its easier to buy a house with land in the country and that is the big plus for us as we are not city people. Does anyone live out in the country?
When everyone hears we may be moving out there they freak and say, Its so cold there!
So is it something that you can get used to after awhile? Any other thoughts on the Midwest welcome. My hubby doesn't remember too much about living in Ohio except when he was a boy he was outside 24/7 even in the winter.
So it seems to me that its a great place, I can finally have a big garden but I will miss my orange trees but thats about it.
Well I hope my post makes sense. Thanks in advance!
