I'm new to the whole "eat right for your type" way of life and very ignorant about what the do's and don'ts are...
I've read through multiple forums from various sites and it looks like my whole diet is off.
This is a long list here...but PLEASE tell me what is wrong with my eating habits and how to correct them without starving me...
(I'm female, 22, active)
Oatmeal, Fried eggs, Scrambled eggs without the yolk, Peanut butter and jelly, bologna, ham, turkey, cheddar cheese, cheese sticks, boiled eggs, canned tuna, chicken and turkey, spinach salads, lots of oranges, apples, blackberries, bananas, grapefruit, strawberries, lots of cantelope and honeydew melon, whole wheat bread, baked chips, wheat&cheddar crackers, beef jerky, oats&honey cereal, bran cereal, shredded wheat cereal, lactose free milk, grape juice, grapes, raisins, carrots, cucumber, roasted, fried, baked, sauteed chicken, beef, flour tortillas, guacemole, spicy foods- queso, jalepenos, hot sauce, red pepper, black beans, peanut, pistacchios, almonds, cashews, meat&tomato pasta sauce, meat loaf, new, white, sweet potatoes, any vegie except radish or artichoke, olives black and green.
That is my diet in a nutshell.
I eat 4 meals a day with 2-3 snacks in between. I workout 5days/week on a 7/7 split- cardio 5days, rest 2, weight lifting 5days. Working out is my passion, it's what I live for, it's what I base my weekly schedule off of. I do NO yoga- I like to work hard and sweat a lot.
I take supplemental omega 3,6,9, Kelp, VitC and protein daily.
