Hi! I am just starting the diet and wanted to know a few ideas for breakfast since i can no longer have corn/bran flakes. I hate porridge, so please suggest something easy and good for breakfast. Thanks!- Re: Breakfast?? judy g

MoreThis is a reply to # 10,340Do you cook at all? Eggs is a possibility. Some sort of smoothie - you need to be careful about the protein powder you use, though.
