Just guessing, Getting Well, but I'm wondering if you should wait a while longer before decinding that you need specific help with the thyroid.
Could you slowly reduce your meds down to only the bare minimum, and see if your thyroid is responding in any improved way?
I'm thinking that your thyroid might respond on its own with reduction of meds, etc., plus normal foods that support thyroid function.
Immediately kelp comes to mind. Perhaps introduce it slowly and build up the intake a bit.
I can't help but think that you'd benefit from an all round improvement in nourishment...as well as balancing salt baths, which take all the guesswork out of the chemistry involved...as does a swim in clean ocean waters.
There are so many good things you could incorporate...like Pascalite, and Castor Oil, and a splash of Bragg's raw Apple Cider Vinegar on your veggies, both raw and cooked...to get full benefit of all the minerals in plants.
Gentle cleansing also would help remove any kind of 'restriction' of the whole system that you may have.
Remember that removal of toxins may not happen overnight. Everything depends on the strengths of your own immune system. The stronger you are when you begin, the faster you will feel well.
You are so lucky to be removing visible parasites in your bathroom! You can see your progress.
My best,
