Has mercury been found in seaweed grown in the Ocean?

I believe will have the answer to this question, with the documentation to support the answer. At a recent symposium I attended, the Doctor/Speaker was saying that the ocean has toxic amounts of mercury which are not being successfully filtered out by the natural means.
