You know those pesky, painful leg cramps that sometimes occur at night? I experienced one of these and began tapping around to find the one that works. For me it was the gamut spot. I just laid there and relaxed my leg as much as possible and tapped on the gamut spot. I could feel the cramp release. Over the next few days it was necessary to stretch the calf more because I could feel the tightness, but it was not painful.
