Please know that it will take a long fast or two for ovarian cysts to totally go away. Also it is equally important for you to change your life style, especially foods you eat. Plant based diet is very essential for not getting future cyst growths. Animal based foods are extremely enervating for women's breast and endocrine system.

There are many videos on YouTube, examples of fasting for curing ovarian cysts/fibroids/tumors.
