No poo shampoo, Mix baking soda and water into a paste , in another container mix a cup of apple cider vinegar with three cups a water. Take all that to the shower, get wet, use the baking soda and water like shampoo . When you get the baking soda mixture covering your head, pour the vinegar and water over that, make sue you scrub your scalp with it. It will foam. Then rinse, it takes some rinsing to get the vinegar smell out. If you don't want to rinse it that much, the vinegar smell goes away once you hair is dry. Also, google what to eat for hair.
