Sorry I wasn't clear. Here are some sordid details. I had diarrhea 14+ times a day with my stool analysis identifying campi. bacteria, salmonella, and 2 types of amoeba. The problem with this mix is that the amoeba feeds off the bacteria and vice versa. This requires 5 days hospitalization to start..
Unfortunately I got worse as the bacteria was not responding to the
Antibiotics .To make a long story short, I was in and out of the hospital 3 months with 5 courses of Flagyl by IV (Flagyl is the only medicine that kills amoeba.)I also was getting shots of different
Antibiotics . Before my last course of Flagyl, the doctor told me that if it was not successful, there was nothing more he could do and to prepare for that eventuality.
Meanwhile, after the 2nd week of my illness, my tongue and the rest of my intestinal tract was also infected with Candida overgrowth. My tongue started as white, then yellow, then dark brown. The doctor confirmed it as candida and I began taking Nystatin orally along with Diffucin.Of course the candida was not our focus at all at this point. The fungal medicines helped a bit, but when I stopped the Difficin the tiny improvement disappeared. The candida overgrowth was not unexpected since this is a common side effect of Flagyl and I had 5 courses of the drug while 2 courses are supposed to cure the worst cases.
Fast forward and the bacterial infection and diarrhea is gone after 3 months of
Antibiotics , however I have to take a maintenance dose of Flagyl(anti-parasite) for 3 months for the next 4 months of 12 tablets over a 3 day period each month for the amoeba.
My tongue stayed brownish yellow, this was not black tongue which is different,, even tho I kept on with the candida medicines.I then tried the yeast kill-off diet of very low carbs, no sugar, no fruit etc. with some effect as I mentioned. I also had a very bloated belly, no energy and constipation.
I researched on the net and found that black seed killed fungus. So having little success with everything else (including salt water rinses and lemon peel, I tried it. I did have some problems with die-off, so I just didn't take the black seed that day. The constipation changed to 3 easy bowel movements a day, which just seemed to empty my system of a lot of candida. I also sneezed and coughed a lot..
This is a scientific study listed on the National Institute of Health of the excellent effect of black seed (note not black sesame) against candida.

You sounded so miserable, as if your cure was almost as bad as your disease-I wanted to share this miracle with you. People with good health don't realize how hard long term illness is.
