As some of you know, it is difficult to see what kind of parasitic worms infect one's human body because when a worm is killed, the body try to dissolve it, to break it, in order to prepare it for elimination.
Even if i know when a die off crisis happens, i have not seen many worms that looked like worms. I mean most of the strange things found in the feces or in the phlegm were obviously not only food or only phlegm, but they didn't look like worms, they were already dissolved or broken.
I have only seen 5 times big adult roundworms in the feces who had the same shape as Ascaris but in a brown color.
I have also seen several times small roundworms in the phlegm who had the same shape as small Ascaris and who were white, yellow, green, or brown.
I don't know exactly what kind of roundworm i am infected with because apparently they have the ability "to bite" or "to hook" to the walls of my tissues, and they have the ability to live in many parts of the body.
Above you can see a photo of a well preserved worm, this is what i call a "larvae", even if it should probably be called a "baby worm" or a "small worm" :
This one has the same shape of those found in the feces, except it comes from the head.... After eating huge amount of herbs (Garlic or Male Fern) or after a session of "extreme zapping", this is usually what comes out from my head to the back of my nose and then i spit it. (sorry for the disgusting details)
I have already killed and evacuated others worms like this one, but in bigger sizes, from 3cm to 15cm in length, 1 to 3mm in diameter.
Know that most of the phlegm i have evacuated had not the shape or the appearance of a worm.
And i bet that many people who have chronic "cold", or chronic sinusitis, or chronic bronchitis, or chronic headache, or similar symptoms where huge amount of phlegm are evacuated, may in fact evacuate dead parasitic worms...
But as the parasitologists say : "This is impossible, you focus too much on your body."
The phlegm thing is a definate sign of the worm migration in the lungs for me. I go in cycles, and after a week or so of phlegm, I end up feeling infected again. It's not my imagination either, I think the larvae migration coughed up from the lungs to the intetines, is one of the things the CDC has gotten correct about ascaris.
I have never seen anything in my phlegm, and once aware of it, I started looking. The distinct phlegm I get during these times is like a gummy ball, thicker than corn syrup, but very much like corn syrup or even clear silicone. It stands apart from other saliva, and sticks to whatever I spit in, and dries hard and will not wash off easy. I started using clear plastic cups to spit in when it happens, so that I could shine a light under it and look at it with a magnifying glass. I never see anything, although I know it's there.
Is your phlegm of the same consistancy as what I describe?
I have been using mainly raw onion lately, and the only sign of a present infection for me at this time, is immediately after eating the onion. I feel movement in my sinuses, and in the pathways between my throat and sinuses. This only last for a moment or two though.

What i wanted to illustrate with this photo is that a chronic elimination of phlegm should not be considered as normal even if it is clear, because it can be the elimination of dead worms, even if it is rare to see an entire worm like this.
This photo shows a small worm but often the phlegm i evacuate is clear saliva with some parts white or yellow (and rarely green or brown).
Even if most people won't admit it, i observe many people who clear their throat or nose discretly, but some seem to prefer to swallow it afterwards...
What i find crazy is that i had similar symptoms since i was 14 years old, with also asthma crisis... Of course the symptoms were not chronic like now but all the doctors i have met have never thought about a parasites infection.
Well, that is definately, and very distinctly a worm.
I agree with you on the phlegm issue, I never cough up anything except since infected, it used to be like once every 3-4 weeks I would get this phlegm, and it would last for a week or so, and I would cough alot during this time also, as if I was short of breath or congested. It was not all day, mainly in the morning or evening. I would notice I would wheeze at night also during this time. But I would not have a cold, and it would disapear in a week or so. That is how I knew it was Ascaris migrating from the lungs to the intestines.
So, you didn't really say if your phlegm was the same sticky type consistancy as mine. Do you also notice it comes and completely goes away in stages like I do?
Target the lungs a week before the full moon as it is then and during that time frame they hatch in the lungs , so I have read.
Elecampane is a good choice and I just recently got a tip to use a nebulizer with saline and a drop of peroxide if 35% food grade. They do not offer/sell saline dispensers anymore so it must be the saline for use of a neti-pot.
You would have to have this machine for asthma.
Oxygen is better absorbed through the lungs, I have found the mister for colds in a bedroom with the door shut and peroxide to be less effective but merely for colds and again it depends on the model one has purchased to be more or less effective.

In theory, but i don't think i am infected by ascaris, because the kind of parasites that infect my body can also live in the sinuses, in the scalp or in the brain (i am not sure what cause the headaches sometimes), in some lymph nodes.
If i have my camera the next time it happens, i will post a video of the skin moving on the arm or on the leg, it is weird, and it is not a muscle contraction!
So, you didn't really say if your phlegm was the same sticky type consistancy as mine.
Probably i don't know what you mean by sticky i don't really play with it. What i have noticed is that i can have 2 kinds of phlegm :
->One kind of phlegm is liquid. I guess it is the elimination of waste of foods, toxic elements, dead cells, dead bacterias, dead viruses.
->The other kind of phlegm is more elastic and can look like a dead worm in a whole piece or in several pieces.
Do you also notice it comes and completely goes away in stages like I do?
It depends if i manage to kill the worms or not. This kind of phlegm is usually evacuated after die off.
Otherwise i only clear my noise the morning. But not everyday, it also depends on what i eat.
If you don't play with it then how did you get the worm out for the pic? lol. I don't play with my phlegm either david1o1, but it's a noticeable thick gel type stuff, and it happens in stages and promptly stops.
I was just wondering, nobody else seems to describe the same symptoms as I do.
