I too crave sweets when the die-off is bad. Chocolate would be my drug of choice. I maybe eat Sugar 10 times per year at this point.

Often when these cravings come I will have some tea with honey. Seems to work well.

This is absolutely true. If you think this through, you can figure it out logically on your very own. parasites feed off of sugar. So when you cut out all Sugar as you wage your fight against them, they will dictate to you their need for sugar, causing it to become a craving that you then have to control. The way I did this in my own battle is that every time I would get a craving (hunger/sugar/whatever) I would fill my stomach full of allowable foods, no matter how many times a day it would happen. For example, I lived on home- made skillet meals, salads and soups. I would make a big pan or bowl or pot of these types of things and just keep eating that when the Sugar (hunger) cravings would present themselves. I would eat up to five times a day, but the parasites did not win what they wanted. See, when you do this, what will happen is you will be continually satisfying your BODY's need for NUTRITION, which you are now giving it in the right foods, and the cravings will become less and less as you deprive parasites of food they want and they die. Fighting parasites is no easy task, so just set your mind to determine that you are in this for the long haul. Look at it as a lifestyle change, not just a temporary change. Wash your food good, too. Peroxide is a great soak for meat, fruits and veggies.

thanks for the tips. I will check out those sites. I do not have any symptoms of hypoglycemia, but may have adrenal fatigue because I have been stressing for about 6 months straight now. WHen I said I haven;t been eating Sugar what I mean is white Sugar as in cookies and cakes and junk sweets. lol. I have been eating brown rice and carrots and other types. Thanks for the help guys!

It is very true that your body needs sugar. I forgot this part of my own parasite fight when I replied the first time. Ya just can't cut out all Sugar indefinitely. My "A-ha" moment came when I found the remedy for this. It was when I discovered juicing. Give your body good Sugar in fruits and berries. But juice them or make smoothies. This form of consuming fruit made a huge difference for me because a liquid is so easily and quickly absorbed by the body. The parasites did not get this like they did the food I chewed. This really was a huge find for me. Just remember to chew your juice, too. That may sound funny, but even juice needs to be assisted by the production of saliva to help in digestion.
