It hasn't healed no. I think the taurine helps though.

I also find that eating stewed apples for breakfast (cut up apples, stew in a pan with a little water on low heat until soft) helps get rid of constipation. So does having a salad each day that includes chopped celery.

I also drink a cup of strong fennel tea after each meal.

I'm not sure how much of an effect each of these things are having, but that's what I'm doing and I haven't had any more constipation problems.

I still have constant abdominal bloating, I think my digestion problems are related to my gallbladder and liver... I've ordered a bag of boldo leaf to make tea out of, i have read that this is excellent for the liver and gallbladder. I cant wait for it to arrive, i'm excited to try it.
