Friendly bacteria seem to be pleased with high fiber foods. I understand that inulin (Jerusalem artichoke root) is one of the best and is OK for diabetics. It does not affect insulin levels. I’m truly not trying to insult your intelligence. Hydrochloric acid produced by the stomach improves the absorption of non-heme iron from food and supplements. I’d guess that you would know if anemia exists; since you have been working with the health stuff for a long time. Certainly, your ND would know. The only other thing I can think of are diseases of the intestine, such as Crohn’s disease or celiac disease. MAybe a bleeding polyp or colon cancer. My first thought was IP6 as a great chelator of iron and other minerals; but mostly iron. However, it is not supposed to reach into the red blood cell for this purpose. So that should not cause a high tibc. And I don’t even know if you are using this. Then I thought of iodine, which is a good chelator; but I remember that you are using potassium iodide, which is not a great chelator. How about vitamin C? Are you ignoring vitamin C? Raynauds. I agree with you Neo. I have been tested for Raynauds due to cold hands/feet and blue nail beds. I mean startlingly blue. I’ve tried the iodine therapy - orthoiodosupplementation. The waters are averaging 25G sugar. That’s the equivalent of 6.25 teaspoons of sugar. Too much for me. The ingredient lists look harmless though. The coconut water has 14G. 1 tsp = 4G sugar.
