For me, the one MAIN thing I care about in diet is gluten free. My diet must be gluten free. That is the one thing that has effected my health drastically, not sugar, not fat, not dairy, JUST gluten.
The good thing about the long road I went down trying to figure out what was wrong with me though, is that I learned how bad a lot of other things were for me, such as trans fat, artificial sugar, too much real sugar, etc. If I had been one of the ”lucky” young people who are blessed with perfect health (only to have it catch up with them somewhere in their forties), I never would have lear ...
