Been using itraconazole with some success (for a respiratory fungal infection - sinus and lungs) - but am also contending with our friend, Candida. Thank you for the response. I realize that milk is considered highly mucus forming, and do not drink it. Yogurt is somewhat different, as is milk kefir. I was hoping some (those with who also have existing sinus issues) would chime in with personal experience. Would like to collect some opinions on unsweetened yogurt.
