Today at noon my wife and I started the MC. Our goal is 10 days.
Few questions for those of you that are more experienced.

1. Can the lemonade be cooled in the refrigerator or poured over ice?
2. It doesn't look like many people here are doing the salt water drink in the am. Any reason?
3. How soon should I start the B&P Shake? Are their any side effects, like needing to use the bathroom right away?

Any advice?
