I am on a candida diet and have been taking P&B shakes and dandelion/milk thistle/burdock tinctures regularly. for weeks now i have noticed white hard looking things in my green stool. I think the green is from the tinctures (but not sure). the white things are mainly smaller than rice and a variety of shapes and size. although they are roundish, some sides are flat. is it candida or worms? would candida come out hard like this?
