I believe its probably been a mixture of symptoms, my parents both stress excessively, I ate a very poor diet of lots and lots of Sugar growing up (seems standard for kids but this continiued until now, age 22 and was more way than other people I knew at the same age.

trouble sleeping since a young age and very low libido since it hit, notable differences and comments on that last one.

how did you recover? its seems like going to bed before 10 every night, what everyone recommends is just too simple?
