This has been an interesting thread on the Health Excel computerized program. (//secure.metabolictypingonline.com/Default.aspxMy ) My post comes 5 years after the last post on this thread, and I must say that the computer program helped me a lot where other programs with htma connected with TEI or ARL labs failed.

I only paid $49 US for the test to date, so I wonder if the price was super radically reduced since 5 years ago. Whatever the case, it is so very affordable now, even compared to htma nutritional balancing. I also never employed any help at all with them. I just did not need it.

I got a very detailed analysis with Health Excel, as well as detailed food and supplement plan. My results told me I was ANS (Autonomic Nervous System) dominant as opposed to Oxidation (slow or fast) Dominant and that is why I believe htma analysis failed. The supplements that were recommended to me with Health Excel were actually the opposite (some crucial ones) as to what TEi would have given me. A person can get really screwed up and unbalanced from taking the wrong supplements or eating the wrong diet. I believe this happened with me. Proof is in the pudding, and I got better very quickly. It wasnt just about feeling better, it was seeing my statistics get better, as well. That is very important. So I can report the accuracy of this metabolic typing, and I endorse it.

I have been following Dr. Gonzales work , as well as Kelley his mentor. Kelley, as well as Gonzales were true geniuses.I wish I had known about them years ago. I will be ordering Kelleys book on Metabolic Typing in the near future.

  Just focusing on diet alone you can still remain acidic due to other environmental factors. Look at all factors of environment that you are taking into and keeping in your body. I did not vote for Brexit because of immigration, I voted for Brexit because of Big Pharma's influence inside the EU. Hopefully the THMPD will be repealed and access to Silymarin will be allowed in the UK once we finally leave. I stick my two fingers up Big Pharmas Ass!
  
  I suggest you investigate what they did to get THMPD passed into EU law, it cost hundreds of people their lives and the EU covered it all up, "investigated" behind closed doors and found no one liable. The Pharma companies laced herbal products which they manufactured with toxins which caused kidney failure in hundreds of people. Chances are that they will try something similar in the US.

Im on day 2 of 40 on water cleansing. Im doing it to cleanse my body bite me. Before, i maintained at about 1,100- 1,300 that suxx >:( anyway, i was curious if you guys know if thats going to decline my metabolism drastically? I heard water cleansing/fasting can make it go down up to 75% ! I know i'll gain 10 from water weight- and im going to eat slightly more to up my metabolism (with the right foods) but my question(s) are

How much lower do you think my maitenance will drop (700/ 800 cals a day)
