Hi. I have been following your blog and I am so inspired by your will power and determination. I want to do a 30 day juice fast similar to yours. A couple of questions. 1. How important would you think it is that I do a blog? 2. My work requires that keep up my strength and energy during the day. That is why I thought this would be better than a the other cleanses at this time. Do you think I can keep up my strength during the day on a program similar to yours? (I am a massage therapist) 3. How necessary do you think the 5 day pre diet is before my juice fast?
