I am on day six of a 21-30 day fast (i also did not want to set myself up for failure and have set the same mini goals..) My husband got deployed to Iraq as a surgical tech and i kept the weight on i had gained from our, at the time, 6 month old. I have fasted over the last 8 years but have never attempted a long fast. my longest was 10 days and i felt incredible like i always do after i fast so this time i decided if i was going to clean, i might as well go hard core and just do it! anyhoo, when i read your message it sounded just like i would write about my ongoing journey. Good luck and i will be right there with you!
