How'd you get on? I had to come off mine early. I got a cold and decided not to make matters worse - gonna do a series of mini fasts as soon as I'm feeling better.

Don't feel too bad if you didn't stay on - same happened to me, I started one in November and struggled to day 2 before I admitted the timing wasn't right. If it's not, it's not :)
