Send Private Message To ysteban Send Email To ysteban I experienced a profound spiritual awakening in August of 1999 and my life has never been the same since. I have been meditating daily for many years and doing other protocols including sungazing, 12 steps, tai-chi, yoga, fasting, cleansing, alternative therapies, diets, self-healing and self-questioning to name a few. From these things I was doing I was healing and getting new insights into my true nature. In November of 2005, it became clear to me that I needed more energy, so I lengthened my daily practice of meditation and added in barefoot walks, transpersonal breathing, qigong and learned reiki and started giving myself reiki acupressure treatments. As soon as I started reiki, my body reacted, my momentary awareness heightened and the first signs of profound changes to my nervous system started. Then in January of 2006, I experienced a full kundalini awakening with dramatic changes to my central nervous system and since then I have been undergoing a physical transformation and complete healing of my body, including being healed of a congenital defect in my skeletal structure. The last few years have been the most challenging thing I have ever experienced, pushing me to limits beyond that which I thought I would ever be able to handle, on all levels of being including self-sovereignty, intellect, emotions and the physical body. To give an idea of what it’s like to go through, the most similar thing I can think of is to undergo an intense physical therapy or rehabilitation of one’s entire body. My main area of expertise is giving knowledge of self-healing and the steps of spiritual awakening, which I feel they are two sides of the same coin. I feel that all diseases can be cured if one knows how to use the tools that one innately has, is given information why it is so and then uses the tools in a consistent daily manner. On my website, I have many free tools and articles, on various topics, including: what is awareness, what is the personality, what causes disease, how to heal your body, how to do energy healing, what is healing, information about kundalini awakening and transformation, sungazing, emotional tools, transpersonal tools and energy healing tools – to name a few. My second area of expertise is giving reiki remote (long distance) and hands on energy healings as well as teaching others how they can use the technique I developed for my own self-healing using acupressure and reiki. |
