Hi Trapper, Yes i believe your novel method of attaching the magnets to the SSKI bottles which contain Iodine was pure genius. I was inspired to use the 10% Iodine because of Dr. Mercier from 1920 and his accidental discovery of 10% tincture Iodine on burn victims. Yes, it’s my understanding that magnets should be arranged such that opposite poles face the bottle so a magnetic flux flows through the bottle. But I have no expertise in this area and you may want to confirm it with someone else. I know i’m going to regret this (because I’ll get more confused).... but what is SSK! with magnets? is it like Nascent but not so expensive? and with iodine/potassium benefits of Lugols??...eeek ..I can just hear my thyroid induced foggry brain getting more foggy by the minute! I am planning to make Lugol’s 5% and thinking about making it SSKI 5%. I know it will go higher when I add potassium Iodide. Should I go for a 2% solution or 5%? Lugol’s 5% 1000ml.(33.81 oz) 100 grams of Potassium Iodide 50 grams of Iodine crystals For SSKI 5% Plan on adding potassium Iodide until the solution does not dissolve crystals. About 500 grams. seriously, if you want to do this yourself then you need to buy some KI. then it is simply a matter of adding the KI to the 2% lugols until no more dissolves at room temp and a few crystals remain in the bottom. then you have SSKI 2% or something very close to it, probably more like SSKI 1.5%. then your 100mg will take 4 drops instead of 20. add magnets to your dropper bottle and youve turned your VW beetle into a porsche. 1,022 hits

28 seconds. That’s all it took. Iodine for low thyroid??? Oh, my, nooooo. Why would you want to take iodine when iodine is a VERY IMPORTANT CONSTITUENT OF THYROID HORMONE????? did i say lower? i think it is more like normalize. someone with low BP may find it goes up. dont buy them. the first pair i made i just took fridge magnets off the fridge bobbles and taped them to my fingers. any strength works, best i can tell. i experimented and got consistent empirical evidence of lowering blood pressure and raising body temperature, at least in my one subject. 4,846 hits

cool pic. i think there is more than just taste improvement. i ran into a wall in my first year of supplementing at 300mg of lugols in water. more than that was uncomfortable for me. thats when i tried the magnets. immediately i was able to go up to 600mg. thats more than just taste, for sure. 2,670 hits

this is the beauty of SSKI 2%. even better if you put magnets on it. then the KI can feed the needs of the body leaving the elemental to go about its job, whatever exactly that may be. it makes everything work better. The lugol’s is 2% and I’m taking one drop a day. I skip a lot of days when I get too many side effects. I don’t use any magnets. I’ve done a LOT of cleanses in the past and now I’m taking it easy on those, only minimal amounts of H2O2 as needed. Thanks!! 3,537 hits

there is a distinct difference between liquid and pill form lugols. put magnets on the bottle of lugols. iodoral has its place, but its not the best by a long shot. detoxing is by layers. youre doing another layer of detox. take MORE iodine. 855 hits

i have found that 300 is about max for lugols. taking more really requires large doses of KI. but... many have said they took more. i got up to 600mg of lugols using magnets on the bottle. that level of supplementation with lugols is not cost effective, among other things. 910 hits

I had to go back and look as I know I certainly did not pay $75 for an ounce of Lugol’s from Trapper. That price is for his ”sampler.” He is selling Lugol’s 5% with magnets attached to the bottle (mellows out the product) for $25, including shipping. I can’t vouch for any products from ebay as I bought my other Lugol’s solutions from Amazon vendors. 16 drops of 5% is about 100mg. if its less than 5% then more will be needed. also, we have found that magnets on the bottle make the drops smaller so a few more drops are needed to make 100mg even with 5%. frankly, 50mg is splitting hairs. most just take it by the dropper full and just have a ballpark of how much it is. 1,433 hits
