you may want to investigate magnet therapy. i have played with this a lot and have a basic understanding, enough to know i dont know much about it. it seems to me that a person who is off balance magnetically could be balanced using magnets. the nikken company has a gizmo that rotates and could be used for treating different parts of the body with both poles of energy. in general, negative is calming and normalizing and positive is stimulating, both normal processes and pathogenic. positive should never be used anywhere(alone) on the body without negative also being used somewhere e ... 718 hits

just for the record, the SSKI 2% with magnets that i sell is about halfway between the elemental iodine in lugols and the elemental iodine in the detoxified/magnascent. i guess its kind of a poor mans ”detoxified” with KI. SSKI 2% with magnets is way better than lugols for orthoiodosupplementation, in every way. you get higher doses with fewer drops while being more effective with fewer detox effects. how cool is that? and at $32 for an ounce(couple of months worth), its also cheap. thyroid meds are the number one most written prescription in america. yes, it is. the $50 special for a bottle of each with magnets on the 2% is ready to go. all SSKI2% gets the magnets on the bottle - $32 delivered. the regular SSKI is still $21 a bottle. i have an unlabled case of 12 for $200. i heard the cleanup crews in the gulf are have trouble breathing. May I just suggest that you try your own experiment: Take some Lugol’s which has not been magnetized. Observe the taste and the effects. Then, take some that you have placed between two magnets overnight. Observe the taste and effects. You can test other people comparing the regular and the magnitized Lugol’s and see if you can come up with some empirical evidence. I found that people were shocked at how much more mild the magnetized Lugol’s was compared to the unmagnetized. These magnets WORK! They work very well. This is about the third day and they are making the Lugol’s so easy that I am thinking of going to 100mg a day. I used to be afraid of going so high because I would feel it in my throat. Be careful. I took apart two more hard drives and these little buggers are powerful. no, thats not how i understood it to be. the vit C was taken separately. but i think the serum level of a 3 gram dose is sufficient to reduce some of the serum elemental iodine. why not just take mostly iodide in the first place? thus SSKI and SSKI 2%. i am convinced men can get along fine on KI alone but should take some elemental for the first year or so. SSKI 2% is custom built for that, particularly with the magnets on the bottle. magnets work on any aqueous solution of iodine, like lugols. try it, it makes a big difference. 9,377 hits

magnets on the bottle give a weak version of the stuff mr nascent makes. there is nothing like magnascent. i am taking SSKI 2% with magnets, but if i had magnascent it would be magnascent for my elemental and SSKI for the rest of my dose. magnascent makes my brain really happy. i think mr nascent has done a fine job of explaining what makes it unique. it is monoatomic iodine - very friendly to the body. also, very effective in smaller doses. 5,501 hits

Clay do have somekind of semi magnetic force, negative charged ions or something...that can pull out toxins out from body becouse toxins have positive charged ions. Trapper, Amazing story, and you are right. VERY counter intuitive. It will take a leap of faith to get into this. I’m going to keep an open mind and see if any of our new members are willing to experiment. I don’t understand why you are using magnets on your iodine. I know that iodine is magnetic but why put magnets on the outside of the bottle? Is this to constantly mix the iodine/iodide mixture? Has anyone here tried Jumping In to 100mg to start? i say 100mg is a minimum. great perspective and attitude. put magnets on the bottle and make it more effective and easier to take. i found i could take up to 600mg of lugols a day if magnets were attached to the bottle. thats taking it in water on an empty stomach. as you get experience with having plenty of iodine then its easier to find your own level. i take about 300mg of iodine a day. 2,152 hits

my pleasure, david (and HoW), you know what they say about pictures: the magnets are placed at the base of the bottle so that it gets magnetized to the last drop and so each dropperful is pulled right out of the magnetic field. the magnets must be powerful enough to attract to each other through the bottle so they stay in place without tape while the bottle is sitting still on the table. thats about it. tape them on and enjoy. 8,365 hits

up to one gram of KI is sustainable for every day for life. that is the equivalent of 750mg of lugols as iodine content goes. 600mg is the max i could sustain taking lugols, and that required magnets on the bottle. 300 is the max without magnets. i currently take about 400mg of KI per day, which is like 300mg of lugols. i like that amount as it keeps all the bad halogens at bay and continues a slow detox. once you have experience and research some more you will find what is best for you. this may change with learning more or other re-evaluation. trust yourself. 3,750 hits

i am not the least bit worried. i do what i do as a personal favor to those who need what i have and thats it. its not a livin. however, i am still convinced that SSKI 2% with magnets is the supreme supplement. you can dial-a-dose with that for any need whatsoever. i will probably attempt to bring that back. and as newport said, magnets make all iodine work better. i am definitely going to get that going again when i can after my move to austin. i was hoping that sylVette would answer iolite about making lugols from SSKI. i was curious but then she asked but he never answered. ... 930 hits

this is the second report of jcrows burning the stomach. i quit using magnets on my SSKI 2% a while back and i have noticed a bit of a burning from it. i just drink more water and its fine, but the evidence is pointing to magnets as having the ability to make elemental much more tolerable. i knew this from a dosage point of view but did not think about the effect at all doses and in other ways besides the systemic effects i was monitoring. hhmmmmm. 2,429 hits

I took 500mg Lugols for a few weeks time, was only able to reach that point because of the magnets. Without the magnets, 300mg was my limit. I actually stopped at that point because it seemed my skin was actually aging faster than normal. Maybe it was all the oxidative stress caused by the elemental. I was not taking much Vitamin C at the time also. I am curious as to what 1gram of Lugols would be like. If you ever do try to reach that point, please share your experience! ive got family in from out of town and i am way behind on everything. SSKI 2% with magnets is all-in-one. you have the weight of SSKI and the punch of added elemental iodine. so each ml of SSKI 2% contains 1000mg of potassium iodide and an added 2% (40mg) of I2. the magnets turbocharge the I2 somehow and it is, i think, an ideal iodine supplement for all purposes. 100mg is the minimum dose for anyone any time, even first time. most people find they need more. 884 hits

i think too much EFAs can cause a toxicity. check into that. your dosage is minimum. you can add some liposomal vitamin C (i hope youre making your own) and see what that does. lack b vitamins can inhibit utilization. plent of salt and water for hydration. boron, magnesium and KCl are also highly recommended. lugols is quite oxidative in nature. that limited me to about 300mg per day without magnets and 600mg per day with magnets taped to the bottle. if you do anything i said, do that. youre doin it right. 1,257 hits

Yeah... it IS sort of an iron kind of taste. What makes it weird with the magnets is, you can still smell the iodine when you go to drink, but it doesn’t taste like it smells at all and you don’t feel it in your stomach and throat. I only ever had it truly burn that one time when mixed with a starchy juice, but every now and then it sort of feels the same way a vodka drink might feel going down or something carbonated... not necessarily a burning sensation, hard to describe that too... but not with the magnets. I think you may be a little hung up on trying to predict that Iosol may act as Lugol’s if just the right number of drops is taken. It can’t happen. IMO, even Lugol’s and Iodoral don’t act the same, and they have the same formula. 50 mg of Lugol’s is 20 mg iodine and 30 mg iodide. To consider only the iodine portion of that to figure out your drops of Iosol ignores the 30 mg of iodide. And I tell you, iodide is a big player. That’s why I recommended converting the entire 50-mg amount into 28 drops of Iosol. Now, can you tolerate 28 drops of Iosol? You’ll tell us. Another thing you could ... 2,844 hits

hi Trapper, Yes the CVS brand probably contains the methonal alcohol which has ammonia. However applying it to the skin is how I started. I felt the detox regularly on my way up to the 5 inch by 5 inch area. however when I applied your magnet technique to the bottle about 3 days later the detox feeling was virtually gone.
