Re: What are the best liver/gallblader stones dissolvers ?
by Michael B 12 y
Many here have gotten out stones without a flush: some from apple juice alone, some from coffee enemas, some from eating avocados, some from epsom salts, some from just malic acid. The case histories are just buried in thousands upon thousands of posts.. I once had a list of reference posts to demonstrate that the stones are actually from the liver and not made of ”soap” as some nay-sayers believe. It never made it to the liver debate forum because i was banned and the list is gone :)

I am trying to post this, but it is sort of not working:
Hi everybody,
Thanks for all the answers and remarks. You are all more critical then I expected, that surprised me somewhat, but I do really appreciate the feedback.
I do not feel however that I am over-ritualising the flushing protocol.
According to general understanding the flush has several stages
- preparation beforehand to soften up stones (taking of apple juice, Malic Acid, milk thistle, chanca piedra etc etc for a month or a week or so)
- preparation beforehand to make sure you have proper moving bowels (take psylliu ...

I was over at the ”Liver Debate Forum” a little while ago. Jeeze, you would think by now that people would understand that the brain limits thinking to within one’s belief system.
So, I’m gonna tell ya what the bright green stones are made of.
Olive oil and space dust.
What? You think I’m kidding?
What you fail to realize is that the liver if filled with space dust or if you prefer, grit made up of salts. Could be calcium salts, bile salts or who knows what (I sure in heck don’t). But it’s both in suspension and layered in all the crooks and crannys of the liver (akin to a crat ...

Your comment makes a person wonder why a short article, like the Lancet article you mention, would completely change your mind about the major health benefits received from a liver flush(es) unless you ALREADY BELIEVED the conclusions of that article.
Then it seems the Lancet article supported an already strong belief of yours.
If you really had thought about trying a liver flush and the Lancet article was interesting to you and you want to read further about the article, then go to the”Liver Flush Debate Forum”. Many aspects of this particular Lancet article are discussed in great de ...

Don’t start a debate in the liver-flush support forum. If you are sceptical then go to the liver-flush debate forum.
If you look at the survey:

You will see that most people have a modest number of liver-flushes and it is exceptional for people to carry out more than 30.
If you buy the books they explain according the the doctrine of the author how many liver-flushes one would undertake.
Nevertheless people do feel compelled to keep liver-flushing for their own personal reasons which may be very different from yours. Ra ...

If this is really the main source of your worry and bothering you with anxiety, then I can say that about the ”empty gallbladder” test that has you worried, I know people who have passed it. One person who had stones (plus other problems), and having been to the doctor decided against surgery, used some form of the flush, went back to the same doctor and this time the ultrasound could not find any type of stone. Hi Guy!
First of all, this is the liver flush forum only. Any doubts about any of the other flushes or the zapper should be in the debate forum only. This is a support forum. We do not allow debates here.
With the problems you have, you need to complete a bowel cleansing program plus the liver flush.
Dr. Clark suggests an order in which to cleanse and it would be good if you read up on all the cleanses.

Hundreds of people have had their ’stones’ analyzed, and yes, they ARE from the liver & gallbladder.
I have no idea what your diet & lifestyle are like, but if you take Rx pharmaceutical drugs, OTC preparations and eat in an unhealthy fashion...your liver will continue to be clogged, sluggish, tender & sore AND continue producing ’stones’.
There is a liver flush debate forum, which I believe is where you might want to repost your concern.

Re: most gentle liver flush|? doesnt epson=kidney damage|?
by caseyais 18 y
first of all, this is the debate forum NOT the support forum, and secondly, the epsom salts will not damage your kidneys with the amount you use for liver flushing, maybe if you used it prolonged it would damage them. Any ”gentler flush” will not be as effective, and you will have a hard time improving your health. AND stones do not hurt coming out, no matter if you use stone softeners or not, ALL stones are stuck stones already, and softening them first simply increases the amount that will be released.

I agree that lowfat doesn’t equal fatty liver, but if fatty liver is present, lowfat may be a long, long road to reversing fatty liver, particularly if cholestasis is involved. The liver flushes really ”jumpstart” the liver into moving a lot of bile in a short period of time, which breaks the cholestatic cycle. I had a overgrowths of Candida Parapsilosis, Staphylococcus Aureus, and Pseudomonas Auerginosa AND an impaired liver all diagnosed through CDSA. Severe dysbiosis. I avoided fat for years without improvement. The impaired bile flow along with lack of fat in the diet, especially EFA’s ...

Is there a debate on whether stones in the liver exist? I really haven’t looked much into this debate (as in what they are debating in particular), but if you simply type in ”intrahepatic gallstones” there are a number of scientific articles on the subject. ”Intrahepatic” simply means ”within the liver,” (i.e., not in the gallbladder).
