Our situations REALLY are similar. I too had changed my eating habits. I was eating low carb diet, lots of salads and veggies, but our family always butchers a cow and we are definitely meat eaters. I have cut back on the red meats now also an have uppped my veggies considerably. I had also already given up the grains, but I just couldn’t get over my sugar addiction. I would do great during the week, but then on the weekends, I would end up making brownies, or buying cookies.
