Since taking iodine, I have had a nurse friend of mine tell me to stop taking it immediately because it is poison. Great post. I had stopped taking Lugol’s for several weeks. I was in the process of moving my Mom and it has taken time to get her settled and then for me to settle down to my normal routine. I have never used salt pushes since I began my iodine therapy. I might have had a slight headache in the beginning, but nothing major. In my case, I have done a lot of body cleansings, so my body might have been pretty clean before iodine. BTW, have you done any bird watching lately? Yesterday morning, I woke up with this big red mark on my arm. Something had bitten me the night before either in my yard or while I was sleeping.
