I went through the acid reflux/heartburn experience too.
You have to cut out the breads and eat mainly fruits and vegetables and fresh, raw juices. Eat raw fats too, especially avocados. Breads are so acidic, as are meat and sugar.
I went on a detox for about 3 months of only fruits, veggies and raw fats, and then I added in 1 serving of grains a day, in the form of wild rice, buckwheat or oatmeal, and then a few months later added in another serving of whole, unprocessed grains, and so on. If you’re craving more sustenance during a cleanse like that, it’s better to eat a sweet potat ...
