But as I’m not heavy in weight, I have lost a lot of it (2 months ago my weight was 39kg; my height is 157cm). I was really sick. I had to stop all the cleanses. Right now, I’m under the surpervision of a dietist in order to gain weight and I have been forbidden to do any cleanses right away. thank u archus for ur replay, I’m almost a vegetarian. Sometimes, I don’t eat meat or fish for more than a week or longer. I eat also almost organic food as it is very nutritive and does not contain any chemicals. I’’ve decided to juice especially the vegetables and I hope it will help.   [End]

Thank u Cyrulis, I’m sure I’m still not done with the flushing but it is the cause for loosing my weight and that’s why I don’t do any flush at this moment. I have first to gain some weight before continuing flushing. I forgot to say that I have also used detox foot pads to remove heavy metals from my body (a doctor found that I have a high percentage of heavy metals in my body although I don’t have any mercury teeth fillings; I have white ones).   [End]
