I have read many of the posts on this forum and I have a question. I’d like to do the P&B shake to cleanse with but I need to know what would be the best amount to take. I have read many different opinions as to how much and how many times a day one should do this. I’m not new to colon cleanses and just did a parasite cleanse but I’d like to do this one to see if there is any of that plaque in me that I hear so much about. I’m using sunflower oil some days, coconut oil some days. Tried the sesame oil and don’t care for the taste but is a back up if I run out. My daughter claims it helps her too to OP with her allergies. I’m not saying it has cured it but I haven’t had asthma since I started OPing. I was having it before though and here in our area of Tennessee I always have trouble with allergies and asthma. Even if I get an asthma attack down the road, not having them right now is a real blessing to me. This is great! Been OPing for over a month now and here in Tennessee the ragweed count is very high. I normally would be having asthma, drainage and possibly going into walking pnemonia (that was what happened last year at this time). Well NO asthma!!!! Had a slight headache the last two days, one or two coughs during the day but that’s all!! Tell me about the pain! I have a sister in law that was told just recently that was her problem too. As a matter of fact I told her about this site and that there is one on the costochondritis too. I’m considering doing another liver cleanse and I do bowel cleansing from time to time, right now we are on a parasite cleansing program. I’m sorry I didn’t mean to ”yell”. I do appreciate your concern and your advice. But like I said we did try that route, 2 dentists within 2 days and both said the same thing, it wasn’t dead yet and the pain is from an infection. I lost 2 back teeth, within a year apart from going to two separate dentist, one for each tooth and both did the same thing to them to where they cracked and I ended up losing them all together so I guess I’m against going to the dentist except as the last resort but have taken my family members. To answer an above question, my husband has gone to two dentist. They both wanted him to take an antibiotic, which they graciously gave us a prescription for (never got it filled), and told us that the pain he was experiencing was from an infection in the tooth. The tooth isn’t dead yet they said and told him he had perfect, and I mean perfect teeth and gums except for that one tooth. Now I’m a believer in natural healing and so I not only gave him the oil of oregeno in his oil but also some natural herbal antibiotics like garlic, astragalus, grapeseed, olive leaf, that sort of things. ...

Last Sunday I emailed about my husband having tooth pain. Well, he did everything you guys said to try and by Sun. evening he was pain free and has stayed that way since then!!! He is definitedly not having a root canal he said, especially after he read the article one of you mentioned to read. He’ll try to keep that tooth as long as he can and says he has no plans on stoping the OPing, none of us do. I used coconut oil today to swish with for the first time, having been using sunflower or seseme oil. Tasted fine, have used it to cook with or melt and put in smoothies with no reaction but as the day went on the left side of my lips started feeling really sore, almost like having a rash or something like that. Could it have been the OPing with coconut oil, mine is Spectrum. Also have a lymph gland that has swollen under my right arm for several days, has anyone had this problem with OPing? Maybe its just something else I have to deal with.   [End]

Thank you for your advice!!! I have relayed what you have all side to my husband and he says thank you very much. Question though, how would one use the coconut oil since it is solid?? He is using sunflower or sesame oil right now. I’ll have him swish again in a short while. Will have to wait to buy clove oil till tomorrow but did try the baking soda in white after he OPed this morning, didn’t seem to help too much but after about an hour the pain went away. I’m not sure about being iodine friendly, I’ll have to check out about using iodine, that will be a new thing for me too. We b ...

My husband, two daughters and I have been OPing now for about 3 weeks and have seen some good changes, mainly with the gums, my husband doesn’t have the sinsus problems as much and one daughter doesn’t have the pain in her teeth now (which she didn’t have tell she went to a dentist and had some cavities filled).
