I eat tons of veggies, mixed greens, and all lean protein chicken, turkey, fish, tuna, eggs, and low fat cheese, (cheese in small amounts)
This is working for me. I know exercise is a huge factor in burning fat as well!!!
Today I had grilled chicken over mixed greens with 2 hard boiled eggs and shreddded cheese. My dressing was balsamic/olive oil. That was my meal for the day!
