It’s true that condoms aren’t totally effective against the HPV Virus but they still help a lot. The only way I would guess is to make sure you and your partner are tested before you get intimate. I’m pretty sure that you didnt get it from your docotors office. They know what there doing. Most likely you or your hubby got it from somewhere else. There are two types of this virus, 1 and 2. 1 is generally on your mouth and lips where as 2 is on or around the genital area but either can be on either part of the body. More info on Herpes 1 and 2 Both are very easy to catch and you could get them from sharring drinks or giving a quick kiss.
